Our Context for 2010 is "How Things Work". 

Each term we will be exploring an aspect of How Things Work:

Term 1:  How Our School Works.
Term 2: How Our Community Works.
Term 3: How the Sun and Moon Works.
Term 4: How Toys Work.


TERM 3  Important Dates

Student Led Conferences 
Wednesday 28th July 3 pm to 7 pm
Thursday 29th July  1.30 pm to 7 pm

Factathon
10th of August:  Forms go home for the students to gather sponsors and to learn the general knowledge facts.
20th of August:  Test at school on the facts
27th August:      Factathon money due back at school

Cross Country
Wednesday 18th of August.  Check in the newsletter for times of each year group event.

Interschool Cross Country
Tuesday 7th of September.  If your child gains a first, second or third place in the school cross country, they will be offered a place in the interschool cross country team.

Teacher Only Day
Monday 16th August. Students will not come to school on this day as the staff will be participating in professional development for the day.
