Forrest Hill School will be running both a WYNRS Grassroots and WYNRS Academy programme next term.

The Academy programme is generally invitational only and will be run separately to Grassroots.

WYNRS Academy will be running from Monday 12^th October (Week 1) to Monday 30^th November (Week 8). The cost will be $150.00 for the term. This payment can be made in the first few weeks. Sessions will start at 3:30pm and run for an hour. The main focus will be developing ball skills. The boys will be working towards Bronze+ or Silver WYNRS certificates. They will be assessed at the end of term.

WYNRS Term 3 After School Soccer Coaching

Children that are interested in playing soccer and developing their skills, WYNRS is for you!
WYNRS provides a fun and comprehensive soccer programme. Their international coaches are of a high standard and relate well to the children. Students that opt to do WYNRS for the term will be assessed at the end of the programme and awarded a WYNRS certificate that reflects their level. However, WYNRS also welcomes casual children who can opt to pay $12.00 per session.

Monday 23rd March A WYNRS Japanese Soccer Visit 2009

We will be hosting a group of young soccer players from Japan at our school next Wednesday. These people will arrive at school 12.30pm and will have lunch with the members of our own school soccer teams. During lunch play time Mr Robson will organise and referee a friendly soccer game for our own A team and the Japanese team. All parents are most welcome to join us at lunchtime on Wednesday 25^th March at 1.00pm. After lunch our young visitors will spend some time with Room 1, where they will learn a bit about “kiwi culture”. Thank you to WYNRS for the opportunity to host these players.
